Following his batting brilliance against the Delhi Capitals in the present Indian Premier League 2024, Rajasthan Royals batter Riyan Parag was praised by India’s explosive opener, Suryakumar Yadav. With all guns blazing, Parag amassed 84 off 45 balls by slamming seven fours and six massive sixes. He was on a rampage, putting on a display of power striking. With a strike rate of 186.67, he increased his runs. In the last over of the innings, he hit two sixes and three fours off Anrich Nortje, leading RR to a competitive total of 185/5 all by himself. Surya took to X and complimented Parag for his IPL performance and dedication.

I was sure that I could score a lot of runs when Sanju bhai encouraged me to take it deep.A new batter had to stay through to the very end because it was difficult for them to score. I’ve worked hard and am finally reaping the rewards, but it’s been difficult,” Parag remarked.
A 12-run win for RR over DC was achieved by his valiant batting efforts and a brilliant bowling performance.
