Gautam Gambhir, the former Indian cricket team opener, is no stranger to controversy. Gambhir is well-known for his heated comments and direct analysis, which occasionally sparks social media debate. During a recent X (previously Twitter) Q&A session, a fan asked Gambhir why he makes such “controversial statements.”
“How come you always make such controversial statements?” “#AskGG,” he wrote on Twitter. Gambhir responded in his characteristically blunt manner.
“I say what I think.” “You should consider who benefits from the controversies!” he said.
