The spinner of team India, Ravi Bishnoi, believes that the inclusion of Shreyas Iyer for the final two T20Is against Australia will make a huge difference.
The India cricket team will take on Australia in the fourth T20I match of the ongoing series in Raipur. The home team will look to seal off the bilateral series with a victory at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium on Friday, December 1. Speaking ahead of the match, the spinner of team India, Ravi Bishnoi, has said that the inclusion of Shreyas Iyer in the final two T20Is will make a huge difference.
Iyer is expected to be drafted straight into the playing XI, having been in good touch in the world tournament.
In the press conference ahead of the fourth T20I match, Bishnoi said, “Shreyas Iyer’s arrival will make a huge difference. The kind of reputation that he carries in T20 format and the kind of form that he was in during the ODI World Cup 2023 will create a huge difference in our batting lineup.”
He further added, “As a senior player, his experience will come in handy for us. I am happy with my bowling and will try to perform in a similar style and make the team win the series.”
