Jofra Archer has been named to England’s squad for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, making his return to international cricket after a year away.
His last outing for England was in May 2023, and he has since been recovering from an elbow injury that has kept him out for nearly a year.
Archer’s route back has not been easy; since 2021, he has faced numerous challenges, including stress fractures, recurring elbow difficulties, and even surgery due to a strange fish tank accident.
