Prior to the commencement of the third Test match against Pakistan, Australia’s opener David Warner declared on Friday that he had located his loose green cap, which he had misplaced four days earlier while traveling from Melbourne to Sydney. The loose-fitting green cap that Warner wore on his 2011 Test debut was discovered at the Sydney team hotel, however it is still unknown how it got there. Warner thanked everyone who helped discover his renowned headgear in a video he shared on his official Instagram account on Friday morning.

“Hey guys, It’s wonderful news that my baggy greens have been located, and I am extremely happy and relieved to inform you all of this. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who was involved. Our hotels, our freight firm, Qantas, and team management. Regards,” Warner posted on Instagram.

“The entire contents of the backpack they were packed was discovered at the team hotel. Despite intensive investigations, the examination of CCTV footage from several locations, and the efforts of multiple parties since Tuesday, the whereabouts of the lost bag remain unclear, according to a Cricket Australia representative, as reported by newssources
