Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open the 17th edition of the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas convention in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on Monday. According to officials, the chief guest will be Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, and the special guest of honour will be President Chandrikapersad Santokhi of the Republic of Suriname.
