In the Brussels Diamond League final, Neeraj Chopra was only one centimeter away from winning first place.

Neeraj Chopra concluded his 2024 season with a second-place result in the Brussels Diamond League. The outcome summed up Neeraj’s campaign this year as he narrowly missed out on the top spot by 1 centimeter. Neeraj revealed how he competed in the Brussels Diamond League final despite breaking his hand in a social media post that he posted on Sunday. Neeraj noted that although though it wasn’t the most rewarding campaign, he was grateful for the lessons he learned and the support he received. Manu Bhaker, a shooter, posted an insightful article for the javelin thrower as Neeraj gets ready for the upcoming season.

Manu, who competed alongside Neeraj in the Paris Olympics, wished the gold medallist at the Tokyo Games a swift recovery from his injuries and complimented him on his season this year.

“@Neeraj_chopra1 deserves congratulations on an outstanding season in 2024. Responding to Neeraj’s message, she replied, “Wishing you a speedy recovery and more success in the coming years.” Manu, who competed alongside Neeraj in the Paris Olympics, wished the gold medallist at the Tokyo Games a swift recovery from his injuries and complimented him on his season this year.
