Preity Zinta reached Chandigarh court regarding Punjab Kings amid IPL 2025
According to the report, Preity Zinta challenged the validity of an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 21 in the court. She claims that the meeting was held without following due procedure under the Companies Act, 2013 and other secretarial rules.
Zinta says that she had raised objections to this meeting through email on April 10, but her objections were ignored. She alleges that Mohit Burman went ahead with the meeting with the support of Ness Wadia.
