BCCI to Pay Special Tribute to Indian Armed Forces During IPL 2025 Closing Ceremony

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced that the IPL 2025 closing ceremony will pay a special tribute to the Indian Armed Forces, particularly recognizing their role in ‘Operation Sindoor’. This military operation was conducted to eliminate terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, following a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir.
